1. FULL DESIGN & SUPERVISION
Our full-service design projects include presentations, meetings, project schedules, management, etc. We’re there every step of the way to ensure every design detail is handled with precision because every decision made impacts another. We’re here to handle the process and take the tedium and burden off you so you can handle your life and your priorities.
For this kind of design service, we accept Projects with Budget for refurbishment over 1M AED.
Project - Dubai hills
Location - Dubai , UAE
Full Design Service projects involve the following phases:
- MOBILISATION:
Determine needs, desires, and budget for project and verify site conditions with measurements, plans, and/or photographs. - CONCEPT DESIGN:
Concept presentation with space planning, furniture distribution layouts and 3D visualizations. Preceded by Pre-Concept presentation with Mood boards, general colour schemes, samples, sketches and drawings to suggest design ideas. - DESIGN DEVELOPMEMT:
Fine-tuning of approved schematic design so that it becomes fixed. Preparation for full set of Drawings, floor plans, elevations and details. - DESIGN DOCUMENTATION:
Preparation hard finishes, Ironmongery, sanitary and FF&E schedules and specifications. - BOQ AND TENDER:
Preparation of BOQ and tender release - SUPERVISION:
Site visits are made to verify project quality and progress. Furnishings and Soft furnishings are delivered and installed.
2. ONLY DESIGN
There are clients who prefer to pay for the design work only and handle the construction and order all products on their own.
We do Concept, detail-drawing packages and specification and the client makes his own purchases and construction supervision.
